To add a new map, click on 'Functions' and select 'Load'. On the left side of the window, you can see the maps currently available in Cubase. You can create and save a new map or load an existing map located anywhere on your system. The Drum Map Setup window has several options you can access via the 'Functions' drop down (see the image below). After adding an instrument track to your file (with your MIDI data), click on the 'MIDI' menu and select 'Drum Map Setup' as shown in the image below. It's easy to add a drum map to your project.
